This scent is lovely in the diffuser or on skin. However, the scent lasts only about an hour, two hours on the outside, which makes me sad because it really is a lovely smell.So I took a chance and bought this despite some of the negative reviews. Damn I should’ve listened, it really does smell like cough syrup that they try to make “taste good” but in reality it tastes even worse. It smells like candy when it’s diluted in the water but still ? definitely think there are better berry oils.I don't know what Acai berries are supposed to smell like, but I love this oil. Very fruity and warm. This will make a great addition to any fragrance blend, and I can't wait to try it out in my own concoctions!P&J Trading happen to be one of my absolute favourite suppliers of fragrance oils. Alone, it smells delicious and when blended with other complimentary scents, it's divine! A+ on this fragrance and I highly recommend it if you enjoy tangy fruit scents!The odor is not quite what I expected. The "brightness" and astringency characteristic of this berry is not present in this aroma. Has a little bit of "cooked" rather than fresh character. I would not order it again, personally.Used in my homemade shea butter smells great!
