Untwist cap and section your hair applying the oil to your scalp, focusing on the sparsest areas. Apply more frequently depending on hair porosity - massaging gently in circular motions. Leave in for a minimum of one hour to a maximum of three hours. Repeat 2-3 times a week, as desired. To wash, shampoo massaging your scalp is circular motions.
